Waiting for the Letus Extreme, I've just received the Cavision R15-IIM (18'' - 45cm.) rod support with the Lens Support. So, my rig will be:
- HV20 PAL
- 2 sterlingtek 2L14 batteries and charger
- Letus Extreme (2 weeks)
- Cavision rods and lens support
- Nikon 17-35mm f2.8
- Nikon 50mm f1.4
- RR Follow Focus (december/january)
- Cinecity 4x4 mattebox + french flag
- Intensity card (december/january)

And that's it. I've not thought in sound capturing as I usually hire sound crew with their equipment -don't like having my sound master in a hdv tape-.

All the stuff travels in a flight case like Rikki one (http://www.hv20.com/showthread.php?t=2575). Last decision I have to make is what stabilizer/shoulder mount i should take.

Ok, so best regards, and wait for some updates and sample clips when Letus knocks on my door.

hey jshooter.

Looks like you got some extra long rods for your Cavision support… how long are they? I won't be mounting as large a lens nor a matte box, so I want to make sure I don't order anything bigger than I need.

Thanks. Looks cool, and hope you get your missing parts soon.

Yep, I ordered 18" rods directly from Cavision, as well as their Lens Support (I don't want to take a risk on my lenses). I think 18"/45cm. are fine for hv20+letus extreme+lenses (unless you plan to use some 200mm telephoto)+follow focus+mattebox. But, I'll tell you when my letus arrives home. Anyway, talk to Jason from Cavision (jason@cavision.com) and you can get any length you want.

H2o Films, yes, my soon-to-arrive adapter is Letus Extreme. I'm willing to try it!

Best regards

p.s. Indifocus site and follow focus just got updated, really looks promising
