I'm planning on buying a new HD camcorder, and I'm considering the HF10/11/100 series and the HV20/30/40 series.
I like the SD media format, but I've heard that editing in AVCHD is onerous, even on a quad proc machine with 4 GB of RAM.
I would like to try importing a sample file from each format into PE7 on my machine, and comparing editing times. I don't know if it's possible to upload raw footage on this site but, if it is, it would be great if somebody who has one of these cameras could upload some raw footage that I could download and take the format for a test drive. Is this possible?
