Hello! So I have followed this guide http://www.hv20.com/showpost.php?p=117135&postcount=1 and am now ready to export my video for YouTube HD viewing. What I want to know is how should I go about doing it? File > Export? Composition > Add to Render Queue? Could someone please point me in the right direction?

The right direction would be to do a search before posting and to post to the proper subforum. This has nothing to do with 24p workflow and has been moved. Also, read our FAQ as it has a lot of info on oft-covered subjects. Welcome to the forum.:hv20-smilie77:

This works great, thanks!

I do have another question, though. I made some volume adjustments to some of the music I used in my Adobe Premiere project. The adjustments did not carry over into After Effects, however. Is there a way for me to turn the volume up/down in AE? Same goes with audio fade ins/outs. It's too bad because I really like this workflow...
