Curious about this monitor -- is it still made? Google comes up cold.

Q #2: how much clearance is there UNDER your camera w/this rig? I'm thinking of setting up a Shrigg rig also, and would like to use the new Canon LANC connector, which sticks out about an inch or maybe and inch and a quarter.

It seems like there's amble clear space, but would anything interfere with that, do you think?

thx

NVM, I found it, it's a VIORE not a VIERA (a Panasonic brand)

It's the PLC7V95, yes?

Wow, excellent rig. Very similar to my desired set up. Any chance of some demo footage? :hv20-smilie31:

Is that 701 head really up to the task? It looks very front heavy, can you balance your rig?

The jag35pro and the 28mm fd are rather light. I added a handle and the entire rig is amazingly light 6.4lbs with monitor on.

Here is some footage I recently shot. Got it home and realized I had room to zoom in a bit more to eliminate the vignetting completely. This is the look my clients are going for at the moment.

How do you like that monitor? How did you attach it to the shrigg as well?

That's what a 7inch looks like with a HF series? Crikey, it looks like a 19inch!

What Manfrotto legs are they? I am doing a similar rig and will be buying the 701HDV tripod head to go with my legs. Mine look that same as yours but black. Does the 701HDV still do good with panning, with all that weight? Thanks
