Hey everyone. I bought a handy35 v5 a few weeks ago during the great v5 sale of '09. I used it about three times in two weeks, no more than about a half-hour total, and then fell ass-backwards into a different camera that doesn't require it. I used it with my hv-30 (wonderful camera), so it has a 43mm hookup on the back. The front lens adapter works with Nikon lenses, and I have a 28mm 1:2.8 Nikon E Series lens on it. The lens is a real peach; perfect condition. I'm selling the pair on ebay right now for $650, which is a chunk less than I paid for them. So this could be a deal for someone. Don't forget Bing.com's cashback. It was up to 15% for a bit today, which would bring the final Buy it Now cost to only $680 + $20 shipping for the buyer. Cashback is back down to 10% right now, but that still gets you $80 back off the Buy it Now price.

Well, to respond to your Bing thing, yeah, sort of. The buy it now price is actually 800--which is still a pretty smoking deal for the two of them. But the opening bid price is 650.

Bing.com cashback only works for Buy it Now, so whoever buys it can get $80 cashback if they click through Bing.com to get to eBay before buying, bringing their final cost down to $720 + shipping. Sometimes cashback is awarded instantly; other times it gets awarded after 60 days. Just kind of luck of the draw on that. I got $40 back instantly on some studio lights today. :)
Works well for everybody, since the seller still gets the full Buy it Now amount, but the buyer gets a good chunk of money back from Bing. Good luck with it!

According to Handy35's site, there are attachments made to fit larger acromat filters in 58mm, 62mm, and 72mm, with an 82mm coming out soon. They also make ones as low as 30mm, but the larger acromat ones are new, as I understand it.
Camera still available...

Someone sent me an email asking why I'm asking for 625 when the new v5 bundle isn' t much more these days. The reason: The lens. These Nikon lenses go for 80 to 100 pretty regularly on Ebay, and this one is in perfect condition.
Item still available.

The v5 works with any large cam, you just need a bigger achromat and a spacer ring, I use it on the xha1 daily

Just sent you a message on ebay. Not really interested in the lens as it's definitely not as fast as I'd like, but I'm VERY interested in the adapter and Nikkon mount! Hopefully we can agree on a price.
