Can you believe it??? I ordered my stuff from the US and the exchange rate was 0.971 cents for every Loonie....this afternoon, it's now 0.9998
What a lost! I should have waited.

Yeah, I've been busy trying to get some prices on a new computer upgrade, doesn't look as if the local prices have dropped to reflect the loonie value yet.....if they ever will.......
But think of the money you would have saved....lol.....

Yes! Canadians are flocking towards the south and migrating temporarily due to the seasonality of the economy.
1.00 CAD = 1.00442 USD last checked

I'm in Canada, and I have a friend that works at Henry's. Even WITH her discount my order came out to $3000. The same order (minus a battery) came out to $2000 at B&H, including shipping. Then with the stronger dollar, it actually was another $40 off, which basically meant free shipping.
(For anyone who cares, I ordered two HV20s, a blue screen, and a VideoMic)

My goodness, I remember when I could buy a Canadian dollar for US. $0.12!
Just kidding of course.
