Vimeo problems from UK

Anyone know when the least busy times are on Vimeo? I was going to watch the comtest videos, but given it took almost 35 minutes to download the 2 minute video I had to give up. I know it's not my end - I have a 50Mb broadband connection, and I tested it afterwards - downloaded XP Service Pack 3 (about 300Mb) in under 2 minutes.

Are these sorts of speed problems usual on Vimeo?
