Hoodman for HFS

Has anyone tested a Hoodman HD300 on an HFS10/100?

I use the HoodmanHD300 with 2x magnifier on the HF100 with no problems. Just mount the hood so that the left edge of it clears the joystick. Same goes for the CineTactics Screen Hoodie 30. And with the Hoodman I need access to the buttons on the bottom of the LCD screen frame I simply lift the bottom of the hood util I can reach what I need.

The Hoodloupe 3.0 from Hoodman is also excellent. While I ordered it with the camcorder strap to "fasten" it to the LCD and leave it there, I found it is more convenient when tripod mounted to just hold the Hoodloupe in place when I need it and let it hang from the neckstrap when not needed..
