I can't afford Raynox - has anyone heard of Digital Concepts lenses ?

I have a digital concepts wide angle lens for my hv 30. I bought it, along with a 2x telescope lens and 3 filters for $70 USD. I am happy with it, but I haven't really done more than a few minutes of testing with it and I am far from an expert. I am not so happy with the telescope lens because edges show up extremely fuzzy. Again I haven't tried more than a few minutes with both lenses and different settings (ie, no image stabilizer) might make the telescopic lens work better.
The lenses are 58 mm and I think that according to what I read here that this is good because then you end up using the center of the lens rather than the edges. I think the center part of wide angle lenses give the best picture.
I thought the lens was made in Japan when I ordered it, but the package says made in china. Overall I would buy it again since I can't really afford $200 for a canon wide angle lens.
