Hello,
I am selling my Brevis adapter HD package with the original CF1 element (Works great with the HV20). I no longer have a use for it (for various reasons). It is in excellent shape and has been used on only one project. It comes with both Nikon F and Canon FD mounts. Also, a 72mm extension ring. I no longer have the case (I have been packing it in my large pelican case with my camera and lenses). Here is a picture below of everything that is included:

I'm asking $900 (incl. shipping and insurance in the continental US). $850 minus one of the mounts and extension ring.
