I just bought HV20 , and I did not use it yet
My question is ,
I am going to overseas .Instruction manual says do not use voltage converters. I do not know how I'm going to charge my battery over there.
Any suggestions. Thank you.

Check the power supply you have; it [most likely] will already be multi voltage/multi frequency, so there's no need for any inverter or converter. All you'd need is a plug adapter, and depending on which country you're in now, and which country you're going to, those can be had for as little as $1.00.
