Does anyone know the legal issues to selling/distribution of DVDs. Like a movie produced by oneself?

Do not, under any circumstances, use work created by others - music, video, words, pictures - without first seeking permission from the relevent bodies.
Do not add the Dolby logo (if you've used a Dolby technology such as AC3) without asking Dolby - there is a form on their website; Dolby seem to be quite friendly.
If necessary, make sure it is correctly certificated. Even if it is exempt from classification, in the UK it nevertheless has to be thus classified (the BBFC will classify it as excempt from classification by stamping it with an E).

I wish I could find a buyer for my videos! Then I ask:" Would I pay good money for this?"

Good question. I wouldn't think it was though. Anyone?

I think it can only be used under certain circumstances. The disc, I believe, have to meet certain criteria. But I could be wrong.
The Dolby logo can only be used by permission of Dolby Labs, and again it has to meet certain criteria. Dolby is quite liberal about it, but will want to review the disk to ensure the audio encoding meets their standards.

The BBFC classification is expensive isnt it? You can self certify an E on it if its educational (I think thats what they said when I asked a few years ago)

The DVD logo is protected:

You can buy a licence to use commercial music. For example, this is what you would be in for if you were in Australia:
