Actually, it might be cheaper to buy through B & H (A little more reputable)

I'm a student and looking to save few $$$. Is there a way to get free shipping from B&H? I've been watching ebay for some time now and didn't see DV7000 there.

B & H usually does not offer free shipping on larger items (They sometimes offer it on smaller items like the Rode Videomic, but that is very occasionally).

If you do not want to spend as much money, you could look at some cheaper Velbon tripods. They would not be as good as the DV7000, but they would still be high quality.
