Help with Uploading!!

Hi all...so I am a new hv20 user (and am stoked about it!), but I shot some footage that I wish to upload and my PC isn't recognizing the cable...I realize you all are discussing a similiar topic at the moment, but can someone explain if it might be that my PC doesn't exhibit the proper program? Or is it only my cable that isn't the right size? My comp has windows movie maker, but that will not load when I place the cable in properly either...

with your 'general' discription of your problem no-one will be able (or willing) to help you out. Some of your questions have been discussed already in details in this forum. Look around and you may find some answers. Unless you describe your problems in more detail...........no help..........
