ok so I followed every single step in here

I got the big 24p avi files after I converted the .m2t files
After that I used premiere pro 2 to export the final movie (using the avi files that I mentioned above)
The result I`m getting - very nice quality but the movie it's really choppy and is not my computer ( I use a dual core 2.67 6700 , and 4 gigs of ram, Video card Nvidia 8800) and I have other samples of hv20 movies and they look beautiful and they`re not choppy
