I have had this idea for a while but I just found this Photoshop tutorial to do what I’ve been wanting to do:
http://www.photoshopbox.com/photography/white-balance-cards-2.html
It gave me a pretty cool idea.
Using Photoshop I have made a template for color cards to use for white balancing. You can download the Photoshop file I made here:

Example:

You can use ANY color that you want to use. Every color and every shade of each color gives a different effect on your camera. I even added the WARM colors to this psd file.
Once you are done and have the colors you want (I added a lot). You can print them. If you don't have a great printer or don't want to waste that much ink you can probably take it to Kinko’s or some other printing shop. You might have to save each one to a JPEG.
When it's printed you will probably want to make them safe from getting dirty and messed up... So, you can get a 3 ring binder or a Small Binder (which is what I am going to use because it's small and not a pain to carry around). If you use the smaller binder you will have to cut the color cards out to fit it. If you don't have a hole punch or a way to put them into the binder you can use sleeves. I not keen on the idea but it will protect them more. Only down side is those sleeves are very shiny and glare any light. You can still do it but you might have to find the right angle while you WB to prevent the glare hitting the camera lens.
You can use just a white bank page for as WHITE. If I am going to white balance on white than I always want to use the whitest white I can find but really it doesn't matter that much.
I hope this has helped!
