Technically, this is bouldering (no rope, close to the ground)

I would really appreciate any tips for encoding. I did this via the following;

Captured .m2t file using HDVsplit
Used hv20pulldown.exe to get the 24p --> saved using lagarith lossless.
Edited the .avi file in vegas.
Rendered to a lossless .avi file
Resized/Sharpened/compressed with virtualdubmod using xvid codec.

Also, I would really appreciate any colour correction advice to help me in vegas. This was recorded in 24p cine.
