Hello All:
I'm new to the forum and must say I'm very impressed with what I've read and seen about the HV20.
My dilemma is whether to "upgrade" from my current GL2 to the HV20. I am just a hobbiest but I do tend to film a lot of the tribute band that I'm in and find that the GL2 focus hunts quite a bit in a darker environment with a lot of lighting changes and I can't be there because I'm playing the drums. I guess my questions are 1- is the focus on the HV20 really good and 2- is the HV20 really better in lower light situations than than the GL2.

The wide shots are done with the GL 2 with Canon shotgun mic and the closer panning shots were done with a Sony HDR-HC3 with the onboard HC3 mic.
Any comments would be very welcome. Thanks very much and Cheers.
