Finally there is an underwater case for our HV20.
I think there are 2 brands: one of which is Equinox.
I saw this in B&H

Nice Find (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/498916-REG/Equinox_PP6HV20_Pro_Pak_6_Underwater_Video.html)! (Too bad it's $900 ...)
If you know of another besides the Epic (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/475880-REG/Epic_ES0002_Sport_Mechanical_Video_Housing.html) (much cheaper, but only for shooting on/just under the surface) please do enlighten us!

I just picked this one up on Ebay for $79. It wasn't made for the HV20, but I should be able to modify the controls for most everything that I want, including manual white balance (although I have trouble just navigating the menu on land). I won't need zoom, (although I could probably make it work) because I will only be using max wide angle. I am just waiting for my wide angle lens to come in the mail (should be here on Aug. 1st) and I will start the modification process.

Its solid and waterproof in the pool (rated to 250') but I will test it at 90' or so without the camera just to make sure.
I am always seeing older clear Ikelite housings going for less than $100, although you would have to modify the controls or just stick the camera in and start it recording before entering the water and edit the first few minutes out later in your computer.
Also, If you are just shooting at or near the surface, You might want to just take a foot of schedule 40 PVC pipe, add a couple of end caps (with holes cut out and clear acrylic glued in). You just put the camera inside, start it with the remote just before getting in the water. I've done it, and there are all kinds of websites on how to do it, as well as a few instructional videos on You Tube.
Oh, and theres always this one:
