Fun with After Effects Footage

Videotaped the tale end of my training session with my brother in law. He trains in Shaolin Kung-Fu, and I train as a boxer, so I asked him to help me with my defensive skills by beating up on me a bit. :hv20-smilie03:

Video was shot in 24p mode, pulldown removed, and then applied a few things in After Effects. Nothing fancy, just having fun.

Pretty cool. What do you use After Effect for? I noticed it has a soft focus feel.. very romantic ...hehe
