Took some trial footage in piedmont park in Atlanta, GA Saturday.

Nice footage, but you had 1 black frame between scenes. This is a known bug of HDVSplit, so you might want to remove a few frames at the end/beginning of each scene before using them in the footage.

Looking at the first pan and the skyline view, I noticed that the sky is is more dull than shown in the reflection off the water. There probably were some clouds, but it wasn't that bad, can you please tell me what lens adapter to get to fix this? I just ordered the Manfrotto 560B, based on satisfaction from some people here and despite a few negative reviews that it doesn't have a locking mechanism for twist.

there are ND gradient filters to fix the sky. if you use a polarizing filter you'll get better sky but it'll also take out the water reflection (sometimes it's not what you want).
