Accessories Advice

I just got my HV20 this week and have been messing with it a lot (my very first raw footage (http://pingstacle.com/media/video/OwenHD-Sequence%201-H.264%20300Kbps.mov)). I'm thinking I need a wide-angle lens adapter, but I'm also wanting to see what essentials that should be first on my list to add to this wonderful new toy. I already have a charger and a spare battery and plenty of tape, but I don't have a strap, tri/mono-pod, filter, bag, or really anything else.

What do you recommend my next move is, and specifically about the wide-angle, is the canon offering the only option?
