35mm adapter + peaking

hi,
i wonder whether the focusaid peaking of the hv30 is working with a 35mm adapter attached. any experiences? can it handle shallow dof? technically it should work i guess but if you get good results practically? i've no idea?! :hv20-smilie51:

Peaking definately helps when using an adapter as does the focus assist button.

Peaking helps. And Focus Assist helps even more, when you have the camera set in manual focus, press and hold the Stop/Focus Assist button on the LCD. I use it every time when I need critical focusing.
