Loose hardware noise

Hello

I've just purchases a HV20 yesterday. Today I noticed when it is turned off and I tilt the unit I hear a noise like something is loose internally! Interestingly if the unit is in play mode this noise can still be heard, but in camera / record mode the noise is not so noticeable.

Anyone else experience this, does this mean I should send the unit back for repairs already!?

NO! Send it to me. I'll take care of it for you. J/K - this is perfectly normal. It is (most likely) the Image Stabilization system rattling like it does in an unpowered state. So not to worry... :hv20-smilie02:

Mine makes the noise too. Glad to know it is sort of normal, and isn't something to worry about.
