Hello everyone!
I just bought a HV20 last week. After a few weeks of comparison between different HDV cameras, I decided for Canon.
Here are some test clips I uploaded on the server:
ftp://hv20.info/Konj pred vhodom.m2t
ftp://hv20.info/Meet the group-0119.m2t
ftp://hv20.info/Meet the group-0132.m2t
Best regards!

Hi, Elkoss.
All links do not appear to work, whether loading in a web page or using them as direct download links. Getting "?-Resource unavailable" errors...
Thanks,
Ed

Hi Ed,
I tried to download again by myself and it works perfect. I don't know why you receive your error issue!?
BTW, I use Mozzila Firefox.

Links work fine for me. Also using Firefox.
Now this is interesting!. The first " Meet the group" clip looks like it was shot from a tripod but when I view it on VLC Player it 'wobbles'. On the second "meet the group" clip the movement is sticky as the guy walks away, like missing frames. My problem?.

Hi Vegasarian,
The first "Meet The Group" clip was recorded without the tripod, the second one was recorded using the tripod. Can you please specify, on which segment of the second "Meet The Group" movie you spotted wooble.
I would like to see it, but unfortenately without success..
Thanks for the comments!!
Regards!

The problem with links is that they have spaces, so just replace spaces with %20 and you're good to go :hv20-smilie09:

Hello numbox,
Next time I will not use spaces between the words..:hv20-smilie03:
Nice tip.
Do you also see some wooble in the second "meet the group" video?
Pozdrav na Hrvatsku!

Hello numbox,
Do you also see some wooble in the second "meet the group" video?
I'm downloading it now, will report.
Hello numbox,
Pozdrav na Hrvatsku!
Hvala :hv20-smilie70:
I noticed from the title "Konj pred vhodom" that you're from my neck of the woods. Where from? Slovenia, Czhekoslovakia...?
Well you've just solved a long running problem for me Elkoss. For weeks now I've been downloading and watching M2T clips on this computer AMD Athlon XP, 1.21 GHz,1.25GB Ram as this is my 'internet' comp. The clips have all been 'stuttery' when viewed in VLC and I've never understood why everybody here has been singing the praises of this camera. Ive just transferred your clip to my editing comp. Intel Core 2 E6600 2GB RAM and it plays beautifully. Now I understand what you've all been raving about. A whole new world has just opened up!!:hv20-smilie110:

It's not wobble, it's a right-left shift, a kind of jerkiness. It's very much like the effect produced by electronic stabilisation with a high zoom factor.

Yep, no wobbliness there.

Hello,
Vegasarian, It's nice to hear that you solved your problem (I have also a notebook computer in my office, something arround 1,6Ghz, 512MbRAM and is not capable to reproduce videos fluently). The computer I have at home is DualCore 6400 with 2GigRAM and 7800GT graphics... it works perfect.
Worley, you're right. It's not advised to film with tripod with very high zoom and picture stabiliser.
Yes Numbox, I'm your neighbour - Slovenian.
Cheers!!:hv20-smilie70:
